Throughout his career, Cronje has held key positions at major companies such as BHP Billiton, Glencore, and Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation. As Project Director at Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation from 2019 to 2025, he managed an Owners Team and oversaw the expansion project from the pre-feasibility phase through to execution, including
securing full funding.
