OMICO COPPER

Building Namibia’s next copper mine

Omico Copper is developing Omitiomire — a long-life, near-term copper mine in one of Africa's most stable mining jurisdictions.

WHO WE ARE

Omico Copper is a copper development company advancing the Omitiomire project in Namibia

Located around 140 kilometres from Windhoek, Omitiomire is a large, open-pit copper asset with a clear path to production and a mine life of more than a decade and a half.

We are building a mid-scale, long-life operation designed to add reliable new supply to a copper market the world increasingly depends on — for electrification, renewable energy, and modern infrastructure.

Backed by experienced mining investors and an in-country operating team, we combine technical rigour with a lasting commitment to the communities and environment around us.

Why copper

Copper is the metal of electrification. Demand is set to rise steadily through 2030 as the world builds out renewable power, grids, and transport — while new supply remains constrained. Omitiomire is positioned to deliver dependable, competitively-priced copper into that tightening market.
